Let's put the food aside for a moment. I ordered a slice of beef, baked potatoes and traditional bombette. The quality of the ingredients was perceived as good, although I found the cut difficult to chew and swallow due to the fat which made the experience rather tiring (probably an unlucky evening). On the positive side, the cooking was perfect, the portions generous and the price in line with other similar grill restaurants.
Let's move on to the service, which deserves separate reflection. Self-service is acceptable: you queue, order, take your tray, drinks, number and take a seat. The festival-style benches and the possibility of sitting next to strangers can even be fun. Even the constant calling of numbers into the microphone, which forces you to get up several times to collect the dishes, can be tolerated, even if it seems more like a bingo hall than a grill.
However, there are two aspects that are wrong. The first is the use of plastic cutlery to eat meat. Let's put the ecological issue aside, but cutting any steak, especially a sinewy cut, with a plastic knife is almost impossible. After breaking the knife and sweating quite a bit, I had to request a normal knife, which was kindly provided to me. However, traditional steel cutlery should be provided right away.
The second aspect concerns waste management: the customer is forced to clear the table and dispose of leftovers and disposable tableware, touching and opening as many as four rubbish bins! This is unacceptable. It is unhygienic to have to handle the bins without gloves, dealing with the bad smell of accumulated leftovers. This aspect should absolutely be reviewed.
Let's take McDonald's. There too the customer must clear the table and dispose of the leftovers. But the big difference is that, when I have to throw everything away, I do it in special traps, without having to touch anything!
Despite everything, I give three stars, because if these two points were resolved, combined with the kindness of the staff and the speed of the service, the overall experience would improve considerably.

I don't have many photos, because honestly we didn't have time to get to the table before the dishes were devoured! We were there for the third time, and it has never failed! Excellent quality of the meat, I love the bombette and chicken wings! Kind and friendly owners, preparing dishes for quick ordering!
