The location is truly enchanting and well-maintained, in Sardinian style with soft lighting and beautifully set according to etiquette.
We chose the tasting menus with two and a second fish course, truly excellent. I'll start right away with the second fish course: fried calamari, but don't think of the classics, no, absolutely not!!! Think of calamari caught from the sea and fried immediately, combined with fried vegetables such as diced eggplant and zucchini... Delicious.
Then we continue with the six courses, each one better than the last: from tuna spaghetti to debtince in coconut milk and soy, to the cream of zucchini with seafood...
The owner: an elegant man who explains the dishes and makes you imagine them even before eating. I highly recommend it...
Oh, I forgot... the house wine, a fresh, fruity Vermentino... It pairs exceptionally well with all dishes.

Everything was delicious. Excellent fish. Light and refined cuisine.
The only flaw is that a placemat on the tables would be recommended. The table, in the heat, sticks a little.

I would like to start with the fried calamari: I don't think I've ever eaten anything so good.
The reason? Very fresh, served with fried courgettes and aubergines, and not the usual rings, but calamari cut in half and fried to perfection.
The appetizers are taken care of down to the smallest details, with combinations of delicate and refined flavours.
The owner stands out for his kindness and elegance, just like the whole place.

Small but really neat location, correct mise en place, excellent service, really fresh and good food. I found the coconut milk snapper with crunchy vegetables marinated in soy extraordinary, not Chinese style ... but a revisited Italian dish, what can I say about the red tuna ham, out of this world, you don't eat traditional Sardinian cuisine there is a revisitation, I would add finally a modern culinary proposal has arrived in Sardinia too. The prices are medium high but are justified by the fresh and quality fish, super raw materials. The functional toilet but lacks attention to detail such as the tap let's say lived ... a mirror is missing, a paper holder, small details. To improve the service I would add a small food lift, so the kitchen boy would avoid going up the stairs 100 times. Overall a restaurant that absolutely deserves to be frequented.

The owner was very kind and proposed cold cuts with vegetables as a starter, followed by ricotta ravioli for me and a steak and roasted potatoes for my husband. We drank a red wine they produce by the glass. Good quality and excellent service reasonably priced.

Locale accogliente ed elegante,consigliato per una cena di coppia, proprietario sempre gentile e attento ai dettagli, materie prime ricercate e saporiti ben bilanciati. Consigliato per chi ama come noi fare una degustazione di antipasti mai banali e sempre legati alla stagionalità. Davvero consigliato!
