Il ristorante si trova proprio alle sponde del lago, molto ben gestito, il personale e ben formato, il mangiare era ottimo, lo consiglio a tutti coloro che transitano da queste parti.

Tasty food, prepared with the highest quality raw materials. Right portion and reasonable price. Excellent wine cellar. Nice and clean environment. Restaurant is in a wonderful location, overlooking the lake. It has become a favorite place for us.

I decided to organize my birthday lunch here with friends.
A table in the garden, with the sun and a view of the lake.
Special dishes and normal prices (in the area), all very tasty.
Excellent service, except for the fact that (I don't know if because it was Sunday and therefore there were more people than on other days), after ordering the desserts we waited 40 minutes before they arrived (despite the fact that I requested two waiters).
For the rest, we had a really good time!

Stratospheric place! Romantic and pleasant atmosphere.
We ate at a small table in Borgo Lago, set with care and elegance. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
The quality of the cuisine is excellent and the portions are generous.
We ate a tuna tartare, a seared tuna in a pistachio crust and one in a sesame seed crust, all accompanied by an excellent Erbaluce white wine.

I have been several times to the Il Glicine restaurant, located on the shores of Lake Viverone, in the province of Biella.
The location is wonderful: in summer the tables in the outdoor area are arranged right up to the lake shore and on clear evenings you can enjoy a magical sunset.
The food is always excellent, very fresh fish, from raw (the plateau is highly recommended), to the first courses (the best seafood pasta I have ever eaten), not to mention the second courses (mixed fried, grilled, sliced tuna and catch of the day).
The wine list is also excellent.
Absolutely recommended, must try!
