27/02/2025: Dinner with friends "All you can eat Romano". We start with a platter of appetizers (the pecorino sauce with which the meatballs are served is excellent), then we move on to the first courses. We tried a spectacular carbonara, a "meatball" and a cacio e pepe. As a second course we went with tripe and potatoes (unfortunately there was no chicory and the potatoes weren't the best). Ultimately, from my point of view, the former are excellent, the latter average. The all you can eat also includes wine!
