Anyone interested in studying not only antiquities but also Roman cuisine should stop by here. The artichoke (culinarily associated with Rome like nowhere else) is prepared here in a magnificent way and in a variety of ways (recommendation: artichokes three ways). I haven't tasted anything of similar quality anywhere else in Rome. They also serve a good house wine, and the food feels reasonably priced—away from the touristy establishments.

It was a busy Saturday mid afternoon lunch. A table just opened up as we were talking to a staff, we were seated right away. I had the beef and lamb couscous and it was great. We were seated outside and it was one of the better restaurant experience in Rome for us. I really enjoyed my food and the service.
The staff we dealt with were great . This place is not as busy as the other restaurants closer to the attractions in Rome but I can eat at this restaurant everyday because their food and service were so good. The ruins beside this restaurant is also a must-see.

At the entrance a man is peeling artichokes, we settled down in the backyard, took parmesan with artichokes, it was delicious! The service was fast)

While in Rome, I had dinner at Il Giardino Romano last Sunday evening with a colleague.
Excellent meal on the terrace, ham and mozzarella as a starter, cacio e pepe pasta as a main course and a tiramisu to conclude.
Specialties based on artichokes (especially fried) are also delicious.
Very pleasant atmosphere with little Dodi (dog from the neighboring table) who provided some entertainment.

We were recommended this local restaurant with Roman cuisine. Despite the fact that we had booked a table in advance, we were sitting in the middle of the road, cars passed a few cm away from us.
Roman cuisine was eaten in several places before, it is also available here, but the taste, in general, has something to work on.
The waiters were great, they tried, they did a great job.

This food is very delicious which camroul gave me to eat. This restaurant is very beautiful. Very good quality food is available here. In addition to this, this restaurant has a wonderful outdoor seating area.

Nel pieno del ghetto ebraico posto molto suggestivo all'interno, carciofi ottimi e dolci egiziani molto buoni,baccalà e insalata di puntarelle con alici abbondanti e saporiti,i primi invece lasciano a desiderare in quanto precotti e poi riscaldati ,un vero peccato perché uno è arrivato proprio freddo però lo hanno rifatto,potrebbero migliorare su questo e risultare perfetti
