The food was delicious, the waiters were very friendly and kind. The tiramisu was the best. Highly recommended.

The food is a bit to greasy. Fried cod is fantastic, but pasta (with zucchini flower and shrimps) was too buttery. We also ordered “Saltinbocca” but it lacked some side dish. Ok experience.

Great place in the middle of the ghetto. Food is great. Do not miss artichokes giudei. I had coratelle, if you like the 5th quarter this is the place !!! People is friendly and helpful. Recommended!!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (8/10) Typical trattoria in the heart of the Jewish quarter of Rome, a few minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain (about 17 to be exact, at a leisurely pace and digestion included). Simple but effective place: traditional menu, generous portions and honest prices (€20 for a first course, water and Coca-Cola, which in Rome is almost a miracle). Fast waiters with excellent English – I heard them managing the tables next to mine without any problems. If you are looking for a no-frills restaurant where you can eat well and leave satisfied, this is the right place. I will definitely return, even just to have another excuse to walk in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome!

Nel pieno del ghetto ebraico posto molto suggestivo all'interno, carciofi ottimi e dolci egiziani molto buoni,baccalà e insalata di puntarelle con alici abbondanti e saporiti,i primi invece lasciano a desiderare in quanto precotti e poi riscaldati ,un vero peccato perché uno è arrivato proprio freddo però lo hanno rifatto,potrebbero migliorare su questo e risultare perfetti

05/04/2025: Two plates of pasta, one of parmigiana, water and house wine, and dessert, just over €20 per person. Also, everything is great, I hope I can repeat it! Very friendly staff.
03/04/2025: Great food, shortly after it opened it was already full and busy. Service was very friendly and quick ☺️ Food was perfect! Very simple place!

30/05/2024: It's kind of what you come to Italy for. It's located in an area that looks like you might get murdered but the food is absolutely great. It's a simple place, nothing super fancy or chic but the food is what you go for, classic Roman dishes done well at a reasonable price with good service, 100% better than the crap most people are eating up the road at the holiday park and paying more for. If you are staying at the park, venture out, and try the place. Also extremely good with gluten free and certified by the Italian coeliac society.
04/05/2024: In een buitenwijkje vind je dit voortreffelijke typisch Romeinse restaurant. Geen pizza, maar de echte authentieke Romeinse keuken. Echte aanrader, tegen mooie prijzen!
