It’s a place close to Fontana de Trevi, with wonderful and authentic Italian food. We had the greatest lasagna of our lives in there. Enzo gifted us with a wonderful service as well, we felt like home.

Il Giardino was our favorite place to eat on our recent time in Rome. Its location is ideal. Just a 5 minute walk from Piazza Barberini and very close to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Unique menu featuring several seafood choices and my favorite pasta from a menu of several choices. Lots of really good wines at remarkably good prices. And great Dolces to finish off the meal. Friendly professional servers. This place has it all. We cancelled the next night’s reservation somewhere else and came back to Il Giardino the next evening.

Very very good food, the waiter can be a little tough but a sweet man once you open up to him. Try the appetizer of the Seven Seas, outstanding. Also had the lasagna octopus which had such a beautiful citrusy light flavor, really wasn't expecting to love it as much as I did.

The best! Landed in Rome late, got a great recommendation from our hotel and Giardino was perfecto! Make this a "must" !

One of the best meals I’ve ever had! A true gem on a small street in Rome. The seafood was extremely fresh and the pasta was even fresher. Great service and ambience. A must when in Rome!

Il posto, nonostante la vicinanza alla zona Barberini, non e' turistico. Ci sono tuttavia alcuni aspetti da considerare, il servizio e' ottimo, ma affidato in orario pranzo di fatto ad un cameriere (la situazione migliora in orario serale comunque), alcuni piatti non brillavano per gusto e preparazione (pancetta nei primi che la contenevano quasi carbonizzata). Il prezzo (non adeguato all qualità) e' comunque coerente con la zona.

Esta comida fue increíble. El plato de cacio y Pepe estaba fuera de este mundo. Creo que gemí en algún momento. Sin duda vendría aquí de nuevo.

18/05/2025: Great service, great food ! Must try! Highly recommend the vongole, sautéed mussels and clams and the asparagus linguine with seafood. One of the better pastas we had in the whole of Italy!
