Tutto top! Ricercatezza e attenzione ad ogni dettaglio sia nel cibo, che nel servizio, che nella location. Personale cordialissimo, presente, ma non opprimente, tutti elegantissimi ed originali. Siamo stati accolti da sorrisi a mille denti che ci hanno fatti sentire subito a casa. Cortesia è la loro parola d'ordine. Si respira arte ad ogni angolo. Già a partire dal cortile d'ingresso si entra in un mondo vacanziero, quasi favolistico. Il pesce: freschissimo, gli accostamenti particolari che funzionano perfettamente. Consiglio soprattutto il petto d'oca con vellutata di zucca gialla e amaretti come antipasto: eccelso. Musica soft di sottofondo ha accompagnato una serata incantevole. Tornerò sicuramente

Personale preparato e cordiale , servizio veloce ed efficiente, cibo eccellente. Ogni volta che voglio un treat vado al papero che non mi delude mai. Proposte stagionali sempre diverse e mai banali. Ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare sia carne che pesce e mai una portata mi ha delusa , lo consiglio caldamente. Mi è rimasta nel cuore l’anatra CBT con shiitake,mangiata da me qualche mese fa, i loro porcini fritti fuori menù erano deliziosi ed in un’altra occasione il velo di seppia come antipasto mi ha fatto GODERE! Purtroppo per il mio portafogli la qualità va pagata , e ci mancherebbe , considerando i prezzi di altri posti e la qualità sopraffina della materia prima e dello staff, mi sembrano comunque molto onesti. A presto!

28/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Rottezzia and was truly impressed. It's one of those places where everything seems right: from the warm welcome from the staff, to the attention to detail in the ambiance, to, of course, the excellent quality of the dishes. The restaurant is refined but not overly so, with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service was impeccable: attentive, kind, present at the right time, never intrusive. The cuisine, however, is what truly makes this restaurant special. Each dish tells a story, with top-quality ingredients and a combination of flavors that demonstrates passion and expertise. I particularly enjoyed the beef tartare (recommended by the charming waiter), but everything was truly amazing. I would return just for the hospitality and sweet kindness 💐♥️
20/09/2025: We stopped by for lunch and found this restaurant charming and welcoming. The service was courteous and quick, and the food was excellent. We ate carbonara and a creamy zucchini tart on a relaxing terrace with a lovely view. Prices were average, and I'd go back!

17/08/2025: I dined at the inn's restaurant on the evening of my birthday. I'd seen the place by chance, strolling through Tuscania one afternoon, and I have to say it was a truly perfect choice. The place is small and very intimate, with a beautiful view of the church of San Pietro illuminated at night. The food was excellent. It's refined, not ordinary, and very carefully prepared. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. You can tell they're making things with love. The young man who served us was wonderful. Super kind, very, very nice, not intrusive, and above all, very young. The owner was friendly and attentive to detail. Overall, a place I recommend if you're passing through Tuscania or if you're a local. I'll definitely be back. They even gave me a little heart with the word "Happy Birthday" written on it, which was unexpected and appreciated. Thank you.
12/08/2025: Found a restaurant by chance, and it was a very pleasant surprise. Very good cuisine and good value for money. Go there without hesitation.
