I've visited Agriturismo Il Gelso Nero twice on two different occasions, once for an intimate lunch for four people. I was so impressed that I decided to host a lunch for over 20 people for my birthday. I really must emphasize the quality of the food: every dish I tasted was delicious, and you can immediately taste that the ingredients come directly from their farm. Everything is incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the difference. Plus, the service is excellent: the staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel truly welcome. Overall, a truly positive experience.

Very nice place and very good food. Simple and authentic cuisine. The fettuccine with marjoram and pecorino cheese is superb!!! Highly recommended. There isn't a written menu, or at least we didn't see one, but the final bill was more than reasonable. Dogs and cats roaming around, but they aren't intrusive and are very well-behaved. For me, that's an added bonus.

Excellent if you want to spend a few quiet days surrounded by greenery, away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful views. Convenient location for reaching various villages. The pool is a great place to cool off. Delicious, home-cooked food, served on the wooden terrace under the wisteria, and a very good and enjoyable breakfast. We were very satisfied.

Everything is handmade, with genuine ingredients sourced directly from their land and their home: you can feel it, you can see it, and above all... you can taste it! The welcome was warm and familiar, like being guests of old friends. The owner and his family are wonderful people: kind, helpful, and truly attentive to every detail. For my husband's birthday, they did something truly special: even though they usually only open on weekends, they organized an extraordinary lunch just for us! A gesture that touched us deeply and shows how much they care about their guests. The quality of the food is exceptional, and the quantity is more than generous – a true celebration of Italian home cooking. You can feel the passion in every course, and the hospitality is the kind that stays with you forever. Highly recommended, with all my heart! We will definitely be back – and we can't wait.
