Il gelato di Scardino In Livorno

27/09/2025: Perfect place to try some sea food and typical Italian pasta. Worth to visit if you are on a bike trp. We had aperol spritz, sea food carbonara, lasagne and fish on beans (amazing!).

20/09/2025: A beach restaurant that has excellent food made of locally sourced ingredients. We were warmly welcomed by the chef’s wife, a nurse, who suggested a palamita salad, a tuna family simple fish, served with cannellini beans and small freshly sourced from the garden tomatoes, a dish that was fresh, tasty and nicely presented and that reminded me of my youth. To close, a cheese cake with a sour cherry sauce. Bubbly house wine to go along with the whole lunch. Congenial atmosphere after a swim, in the open air under the shade of a white umbrella just few metres from the water with a view of the capes and a scintillating sea rippled by a gentle breeze.
