08/03/2026: Last night I discovered a pizzeria that really surprised me: Zero Punto Zero.
It's not just a pizzeria, it's one of those places where you immediately sense the passion for what they do.
The pizza struck me with its dough: light, fragrant, and easy to digest. You can immediately sense the attention paid to the quality of the flours and the leavening process. The crust is well-developed, soft, yet with a subtle crunch that makes every bite enjoyable.
The ingredients are carefully selected. The tomato has a full flavor, the mozzarella is balanced and doesn't overpower the other flavors, and all of this creates a harmonious pizza, without being overbearing.
I also liked the atmosphere: simple, welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel good and encourages you to stay a little longer. The staff is friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
In short: a pizzeria I'd gladly return to.
When pizza is made well, with passion and respect for the ingredients, you can taste it right away. And here you can feel it.
