As a Roman who goes to Amatrice for the amatriciana, I can say that the pici all'amatriciana are exceptional! The cuisine is refined, even down to the smallest details, like the spectacular Catalan-style octopus. An oversized sea bream completed our lunch for two. Attentive service with attentive customer service. Highly recommended by those with culinary experience, who have had enough.

Scoperto per caso senza scegliere ne’ leggere nessuna recensione: cibo ottimo e ben cucinato . Abbiamo ordinato bruschetta al lardo , tortelli cacio e pepe e mezze maniche alla carbonara , come secondo trippa alla romana. Porzioni “alla romana” cioè abbondanti e prezzi delle portate più che onesti. Servizio perfetto. Cosa volere di più ? Da segnare e segnalare come punto ristoro da non perdere. Grazie di tutto.

18/08/2025: Typical Tuscan menu near the Duomo, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The food is carefully prepared, well-prepared, and reasonably priced. Excellent for a quick meal without long waits. Recommended.
