One of the best restaurants in the historic center. It is located in a beautiful square, and in the summer you can eat outside the restaurant nestled in the center of Viterbo. They serve typical and revisited dishes. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect restaurant to say the least! Exquisite, refined dishes and above all excellent quality ingredients. Absolutely recommended first courses: tonnarello with pecorino, seared bacon and truffle, but also tortelloni with ricotta and walnuts with orange puree. Among other things, generous portions of pasta! The platter with local cured meats and cheeses is also delicious; the Viterbo bullshit is particular. The tasting oil, served at the beginning of lunch, is extremely good and fresh, bottled a few months ago. Prices not low, but absolutely adequate for the quality of the products, the quantity of the portions and the culinary experience in general. Friendly and courteous staff, very nice waitress Silvia! The internal environment is very nice and really clean. The area is beautiful, in the historic center, overlooking a small characteristic square. A top ten experience! I will definitely be back!

The outdoor terrace with outdoor tables is beautiful. Excellent truffle pasta and pumpkin parmigiana. Portions a little small and staff sometimes not very attentive. Nice menu.

Very nice restaurant with friendly and courteous staff, who are also attentive to the customer. We went there for dinner and for us it was a great experience. Abundant dishes but also of excellent quality, with fresh products such as homemade pasta. The cheesecake with berries was exceptional. Average prices.

Cucina curata e di ottimo livello. Porzioni abbondanti e ingredienti di qualità. Davvero memorabile lo stracotto di maiale con castagne e il fieno con funghi e ragu bianco. Complimenti super consigliato!

Ristorante molto buono nel centro storico di Viterbo. Offre piatti nella tradizione locale ma con qualche piacevole rivisitazione. Ottimo e abbondante l'antipasto di salumi e formaggi. Anche i primi sono stati molto buoni, specie i tortelli alle castagne. La carne era un po' duretta (forse troppo cotta) ma molto buono il pollo. Siamo stati il sabato a pranzo del ponte di ognissanti e invero c'era un po' di confusione e abbiamo notato un po' di difficoltà nel servizio, ma al nostro tavolo le cose sono andate molto bene.
