I booked a table in Viterbo and we decided to go to this place, which I was impressed by with its outdoor seating and welcoming atmosphere. I must say that we ate very well, and the kindness of the staff was the icing on the cake. The wine list was worthy of the dinner. When we return to Viterbo, hopefully soon because it's a wonderful city, we will definitely be back to dine at Gargolo.

Un’esperienza davvero impeccabile! Il Gargolo è un ristorante eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista: piatti deliziosi, curati nei minimi dettagli e realizzati con ingredienti di qualità. Ogni portata è stata una piacevole scoperta, dal primo all’ultimo boccone. Il personale è cordiale, attento e sempre disponibile, rendendo l’atmosfera ancora più accogliente. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca il vero gusto della cucina locale in un ambiente caloroso e autentico. Se mi troverò di nuovo in zona, tornerò sicuramente!

Avevamo voglia di mangiare pesce e non abbiamo avuto dubbi perché è un ristorante che conosciamo. Io ho preso il calamaro ripieno… buonissimo! Cibo fresco e cucinato benissimo!
