Location very attentive to detail, although it may seem a little rustic and in some ways also very romantic, then during the Christmas period it becomes even more welcoming. Menu with few but very characteristic courses, fantastic desserts. The only sore point is that the heating in the main room is not sufficient as the rooms are very large and above all high, so I believe that an enhanced heating system is necessary. However, in my opinion it is still a very welcoming place and a successful business. very carefully.

Posto e personale di servizio molto accoglienti. Le portate erano equilibrate e squisite. I dolci poi direi indimenticabili. Lo chef è stato impeccabile. Lo consiglio fortemente.

Very welcoming place and service staff. The dishes were balanced and exquisite. I would say the desserts are unforgettable. The chef was impeccable. I strongly recommend it.

"Superior" restaurant offering revisited traditional dishes. Portions are not abundant, as is appropriate for restaurants of this level, which still leave you full at the end of the meal. Excellent wine list, with interesting local and national proposals. Excellent service and courtesy of the staff.

Excellent restaurant located in Castel Morrone a few km from Caserta on the hills. The owner is now an established and appreciated chef. The location in an ancient period building is very beautiful. Highly recommended for those who love to eat good genuine things and also refined dishes on request.

19/12/2024: Simple but well-kept place. Precise attentive service with knowledgeable waiters. Welcome entree. Excellent food, remarkable meatballs. Extensive list of quality wines. We also tried the wagyu candle which is a nice treat. For meat we chose a mixed breed Angus with 60 days of maturation, truly worthy. Pleasant final surprise: a panettone offered. Interestingly, in the bathroom there is mouthwash, a bar of soap, a toothbrush (I would have rather put a disposable washcloth or towel). The bill seemed reasonable to us. I would happily return. A note for the service: it would be correct to bring the selected meat to the table indicating the weight.
