Randomly found this restaurant, the entrance of the restaurant was hard to find, only to find out it was a gem!
The food was very delicious and the waiter was really helpful in assisting us to introduce the menu items (all Italiano and no internet inside, so we could not use Google translate).
The oil mill is a magical place completely made of stone. Stupendous. The service is quite fast, the appetizer from the oil mill and the tortelli with pistachio cream are excellent, the kebabs are good. Cut no. Too hard. Good prices. Place with many stairs, beautiful stone flooring so no heels and attention to people with walking difficulties.

It is difficult to find a restaurant with a suggestive and characteristic space like this: it is a series of rooms dug into the tuff, joined by galleries, once used as work environments for the processing of oil and wine. One room is used as a "cellar" with a display of ancient bottles dating back several decades. Passing along the corridors you can even see an authentic waterfall. Part of the transparent flooring allows you to see the rooms below. An old stone oil mill dominates the central room while the old electrical system, restored and functioning, is very characteristic. In such a suggestive setting, it is extremely pleasant to taste the traditional dishes of Tuscia.

Wonderful place, even if a bit reductive I would say crazy, but I realize that it's all relative. A labyrinth of salt inside reveals a tuff ridge with a window looking out onto the dying city.
Eating in such a truly fantastic context.
The entrance to the venue from the lower car park is an experience.
As for the food, I was personally very satisfied, it was very appetizing to look at and quality products.
