A perfect place to say the least, I would compare it to a Ferrari, but without a driver. Because unfortunately it is located in a small town that is not very popular for tourism, I came in January for two evenings in a row (Friday, Saturday) and both there were a maximum of 15 people and I assure you that the capacity is truly vast for this undeserved capacity; the location is among the best I've ever seen, the restaurant is in a truly spectacular oil mill with even a waterfall underneath. For the rest, the menu is not too extensive but every dish, because in two evenings we managed to taste more or less everything, is well made, plentiful and at a very fair price. I personally am really satisfied and I hope that this place remains in its best condition. Congratulations again

Rustic environment given that we are inside an old oil mill, (even if certain details need to be fixed 😑). Poor service 👎🏻, the waiters were in a hurry to take things away from the table, but not to bring them, (they brought us the first one, before we finished the starter). For food reasons, personally the appetizer was too rich in fried and greasy (fried vegetables 🍆, fried supplì 🧆, fried pizza dough), it could be better, the accompanying bread 🥖 was old, hard and frozen; the first ones however were all in all good 🙂. A piece of advice: avoid the bathroom 🚽 dirty and unhygienic (if not completely unhygienic 🤢). We won't be going back 👎🏻.

12/24 it wasn't really a New Year's Eve dinner because at 10pm we had already finished but we ate really well. The location is special, built inside the rock with walls that still bear the pickaxes it took to dig it. At first glance we thought we had made a mistake because the phone was answered by a person who spoke with a local accent while when we arrived we were welcomed by Chinese people. Other than that the food was faultless. As an appetizer, a piece of beef with buffalo burrata and fried artichokes. First, tortellacci with cheese fondue and second, a sliced porcini mushroom with grilled vegetables. In the end we were full because the portions were very generous but a nice ice cream/sorbet inside a lemon was perfect for us. A quarter of house wine and a bottle of water and we ended the evening. I repeat, the food was excellent, the portions generous and the bill adequate. Advise

Ottimo ristorante tipico della zona. L'ambiente è molto particolare, si mangia in un vecchio frantoio, le portate sono davvero abbondanti e buone. Lo consiglio

We had lunch in this beautiful old oil mill, a very beautiful and evocative place with very kind staff, we took the appetizer from the oil mill, a plentiful and very very good dish, really tasty ravioli with porcini mushrooms and cheese cream and fried artichokes, a delicacy!!!! Excellent price/quality!!! Guys, if you pass by here, take advantage of it!!!

La storia in questo posto é straordinaria.
Location davvero unica, cibo della tradizione.
Tutto ottimo, il cambio gestione non ha subito scossoni... E rimane una scelta da fare se si passa da queste zone.

We had lunch with some friends, very good food, the only negative note: next time make the wild boar stew with wild boar meat... use the beef for braising.
