We went to the Bienno market this year and were very surprised to discover this bakery. Starting from the product, we can only say that whether it's sweet or savory, our palates were satisfied. The raisin bread was delicately delicious. The focaccia camuna, although not very reminiscent of classic focaccia, is excellent for mopping up bread... But the spongada is superb, soft and sweet, just right for enjoying on its own or spread with chocolate or jam! But the helpfulness and hospitality of the staff, especially Mariapiera, is commendable. We forgot a small piece of paper my son had made, made by my son, which was very important to him. Fantastic... The quality of the products is truly top-notch. I often come here to try the spongada, which is as good as the one made by this historic bakery. I've never tasted anything like it...
