Il Forno di Panteghini e Bontempi In Bienno

Today, being in the area, I decided to go and see the places where I used to go on vacation as a child with my parents. I went into this bakery to get a couple of sandwiches for tonight... Well, I left with a full bag, delicious bread and then various sweets, from spongada to brutti e buoni as well as other things... Everything was delicious, too bad I live 90 km away because I was excited by the flavors and memories (it had been over 40 years since I saw those places again) I have to go back to try other things... The buckwheat donut is so good that I can't find the words... Thank you for this experience. I will never be able to become a regular customer for obvious reasons but you made me excited like a child... And in any case, I will definitely go back.

Bread, panettone, traditional pandoro and various flavours. Then again rose cakes, lumberjack bread, ...spongade, local biscuits, breadsticks, all rigorously baked from the oven behind the shop by a passionate craftsman with three generations of bakers behind him. ... and then new high-frequency breads and desserts. What can I say... authenticity of taste!
