Excellent baker, with typical local products. It's a shame it's not always open (after mid-September I found it closed on both Mondays and Tuesdays. I'll try again in the following days. I found it open on Sundays.

The cherry tomato focaccia was nice and greasy, crispy on the bottom, and the freshly fried panzerotto was exceptional. The taralli with onion and raisins were also delicious. The bakery has a wide selection, so you can't go wrong.

This focaccia house was a historic place when I was little and my parents used to stop by when we went to the seaside. It has maintained the goodness and aroma of focaccia in every way and is an excellent pastry shop. They deserve 10 out of 10!

Wish I could give this more than 5 stars. I believe this is best focaccia in the world. Went two days in a row and had the tomato focaccia and onion focaccia. An absolute delight. Every single bite makes me want to move to Puglia more and more. Yum yum yummm

16/10/2025: We had a delicious pasta with mushrooms in truffle sauce as a starter. And for the main course, we had delicious pizzas. The service was fantastic. The waiter helped us kindly and with a smile. Highly recommended for Carovigno.
15/10/2025: Excellent pizza, you can order it from home, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
