30/10/2025: September 27, 2025 A decidedly pleasant evening: despite the fact that, on a recommendation, I arrived at 7:45 PM and the place was already quite crowded, I can definitely recommend this place. It's well known that Saturdays are both a testing ground for any restaurant business and traditionally a day to avoid encountering poor quality, rushed or exceptionally slow service, and a chaos that makes you just want to leave. Well, I can say that the place is so spacious that, despite the orderly flow of people and a more or less constant flow, I've never experienced anything like it. While the ambiance of a place may or may not suit personal tastes (I liked it, for example), everything else is definitely well above average and not subject to purely subjective evaluations. It's objective that the service is excellent, very personalized, and displays a courtesy and presence that makes dinner an extremely pleasant experience. The food...excellent. The chips, with cacio e pepe sauce or the traditional ketchup and mayonnaise, were both a blessing and a curse, as they sapped my appetite a bit. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza, which was both soft and rich in ingredients. A good selection of beers, a delicious dessert, and an evening I'll definitely remember with great satisfaction. I'll definitely return with my family, who were extremely happy with the experience.
