We were arriving in Sabaudia to visit the town center. On the road, we saw a sign advertising sandwiches and mozzarella, so we stopped for a bite to eat. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young man with a bright, friendly smile. Great! We're off to a good start! Inside, we found a very kind gentleman who let us choose at our leisure, even offering us suggestions for a few appetizers. We ordered two eggplant parmigiana in a puff pastry crust and a lasagna. Then, on the host's recommendation, we added a plate of homemade porchetta and a buffalo mozzarella appetizer. It was all delicious! They also added a fig appetizer with buffalo mozzarella cream: a sublime pairing! We finished with coffee, accompanied by wine-flavored biscuits and a freshly made ciambellone. We'd stopped for a quick sandwich and ended up enjoying a truly mood-boosting meal. We've heard they also light a barbecue in the evening, and we'll definitely try that someday. A place to stop and return to. Highly recommended!!

A small shop in Sabaudia with a pizza and sandwich counter and a small bar. The bread is very fresh and the sandwiches are well-made. The staff are incredibly welcoming. If you're passing by, it's a must-try! Highly recommended.

Super quiet and very typical atmosphere. We eat at many local restaurants. The hosts are wonderful; they let us taste before we put together a dish to our liking. And of course, the food is delicious!
