Excellent fish, wide selection of wines. As for the service, it was a negative experience. Feeling neglected is not pleasant in a high-end restaurant, and having to get up from the table to get the waiter's attention is unspeakable, especially since there were only 5 tables occupied. What was really disappointing was the wait to be heard, to order a second course. It's a shame, compliments to the chef 👍

A romantic evening at this restaurant, discovered by chance while strolling along the seafront. The atmosphere perfectly complements the EXCELLENT food: the freshest fish, superb desserts, and attentive, courteous staff. We even had a kind visit from Chef Bruno, whom we personally complimented. We'll definitely be back on our next vacation. Thank you for a lovely evening.

We had dinner at this Follonica waterfront restaurant. It was a delightful evening. The dishes were exquisite and innovative. The staff were courteous, attentive to every request and very knowledgeable in explaining the ingredients. The atmosphere was relaxing with pleasant background music. A special THANK YOU to Chef Bruno. We'll be back before we leave. Highly recommended. Prices were reasonable, considering the freshness of the fish and the location.

Delicious food, and the icing on the cake was the freshly made tiramisu by the chef!

The restaurant is located at the base of an ancient tower (a truncated tower). The dining room has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere; if you eat on the terrace, you're practically overlooking the sea, with the sound of the surf. The only flaw with the interior is that the air conditioning was at its lowest setting, or almost nonexistent; I suffered from the heat.

Il Filibustiere Restaurant, just steps from the sea, is a little gem in Follonica. The elegant and welcoming atmosphere is perfect both indoors and outdoors. The menu features the freshest seafood dishes, including premium raw fish, well-balanced first courses, and meticulously prepared dishes. The service is always friendly and professional, and the wine list elegantly complements the offerings. Prices are in keeping with the quality. Recommended for a pleasant and refined dinner.

We had the tasting menu and it was truly exceptional. The service was excellent, fast, and the waiters were friendly. Even in the bad weather, they were able to handle the situation well.
