06/02/2025: I live in Lombardy. In Varese. But my wife is Tuscan. Every time we have to come to Montecatini for business or holiday we don't miss the opportunity to go to the "Corsaro Verde" restaurant which is a beautiful place! Both inside and on the external veranda! The pizza is great! The appetizers are delicious! (With a good choice of cutting board types) The first and second courses of meat are also good! (I can't tell you anything about the fish because I haven't been able to try them yet. Maybe next time!) The staff is very kind and professional! The owner is a very good person! The last time we were there, before leaving for Lombardy, in a pleasant chat he told us a bit about his history but in particular how, in the various years of activity, he has planted all the greenery surrounding the external perimeter of his veranda! But above all the splendid mimosa plant which was in full bloom in early February! A wonderful conversation! In conclusion. 5 stars well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
