From our arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the impeccable staff. The location, overlooking the picturesque port, is a true jewel that offers a breathtaking view. Starters: A riot of flavors and colors. The raw fish, very fresh and of excellent quality, was accompanied by traditional Apulian cooked appetizers, revisited with skill. Each dish was a true work of art, both in presentation and taste. First courses: Spaghetti with sea urchin pulp: a perfect combination of the sweetness of the sea urchin and the flavor of the sea. Black tagliolini with pistachio cream, prawns and crispy bacon: an explosion of flavors that conquered our palate. Service: Impeccable and attentive.
