A good seafood restaurant; I particularly enjoyed the cold appetizer. The first courses were average, but the fried calamari and scampi were truly excellent. Prices are average, perhaps on the high side considering the portions aren't particularly generous. Unfortunately, prices increase in the summer (the menu they deliver is different, with some adjustments at the top, than the one online).

A restaurant we highly recommend! Il Faro in Tortoreto Lido has been synonymous with high quality and excellent service for years.
The dishes, from fresh seafood to pasta, are simply delicious. And the staff is always friendly and professional.

I happened to be there on a Sunday when there were two private parties, so there were large tables and a predetermined menu. Despite this, there was always interest in the rest of the clientele, so we were looked after and served without any waiting, except for the time it took for the dishes we chose to prepare.

Among this restaurant's unmissable specialties are the ceppe allo scoglio (seafood), the scampi with rosemary and salt and arrabbiata sauce, and the baked turbot with potatoes. Highly recommended.

The spaghetti with clams was delicious (I've never had such good spaghetti)... Fair prices and generous portions...
The owner was a little nervous that evening, but oh well, it happens to everyone... we'll be back.

The mixed house antipasto was good and plentiful.

We went to this restaurant in July 2025, having found it online. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted very kindly. The food was delicious, especially the spaghetti with vanilla sauce. The fried calamari and scampi were also delicious. We will definitely be back.

Recommended for the fantastic appetizers, first courses, and fried seafood. The gratin dishes are something to revisit. The baked monkfish with potatoes is excellent. Excellent value for money.
