Yesterday we had the privilege of celebrating our civil union lunch at Al Faretto, and we couldn't have imagined a more perfect setting: a place that's more than just a restaurant, but also a place with atmosphere, soul, and poetry, overlooking the Marechiaro sea. The cuisine was simply extraordinary: the seafood risotto, velvety and rich in seafood; the Genovese di mare, a surprising and memorable dish; the fried fish, crispy and fragrant, the kind that stays in your heart. Each course spoke the language of care, technique, and tradition reinterpreted with finesse. A true triumph of flavors. But what made this experience truly unique was the staff's warmth. Milena, Fabiana, and all their colleagues didn't just serve us: they cared for us with a rare sweetness and compassion. We saw them become emotional during the most intense moments of our lunch, and this transformed a simple service into a gesture of affection we will never forget. A special thanks goes to Giuseppe, the manager, who guided us every step of the way, from choosing the menu to our arrival. Always present, attentive, never intrusive, he made us feel welcomed as guests of honor. Thanks to him, we felt as if we were being "taken by the hand" throughout this special day. Al Faretto isn't just a wonderful location with an enchanting sea view, nor just impeccable service: it's a place where the heart of the staff unites with the beauty of the setting, creating a harmony that amplifies the emotions. They added an extra touch of heart to our special day, a magnificent vibration that will remain forever in our memories. A superlative experience, from every perspective.
