Modern location with the possibility of eating inside the air-conditioned room or outside, the staff is friendly and helpful even if the service was a little slow, the pizza, cooked in a wood oven, I found it really good.

Really good pizza, they have the traditional ones, nothing fancy. The menu also has a few fried options, like fiori di zucca etc. Not really cosy inside. More of a takeaway place.

Authentic family-run place with wood-fired oven and Good Roman pizza. Fast, affordable and good food for the whole family. Took pizza home this time, will eat there next time!

Pizzeria storica di Tarquinia, menù con parecchia scelta, pizza al pezzo o al piatto, pizza fina molto buona. Personale disponibile e gentile. Unica pecca da rappresentare è la troppa attesa, veramente troppa. Prezzi nella media.

18/08/2024: Cercavo una pizza buona in zona per un asporto e ho provato la Cava attirato dalle recensioni positive. Non posso che confermare, pizza fatta in forno a legna leggerissima e buonissima! Inoltre tutto lo staff è molto cordiale, davvero un posto dove tornare!

07/05/2024: Ottimo locale e ottimo giardino vicinissimo all’uscita autostradale di Orte su A1. Le pietanze sono ottime e servite puntuali a tutti i commensali. Il personale di sala è garbato e disponibile, consiglio questo locale e spero anche io di tornarci il prima possibile.
