A bomb, it's always a guarantee. The porcini gnocchi and the ravioli were phenomenal.. the lamb was excellent as was the tagliata with pepper and lard 😋

Oltrepassato il paese di Carpineto, il ristorante si trova lungo la strada per la località "La faggeta". La struttura si presenta moderna ("rinnovata nel 2018"). I servizi igienici sono puliti. Buona l'accoglienza. Il menù è correttamente limitato, a impronta tradizionale, con porzioni di qualità e quantità medie. Discreta la carta dei vini. Rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media (un pasto completo costa circa € 50-60). Da migliorare: i tempi di attesa.

Beech is a guarantee. On special occasions or family lunches we go to this restaurant where we feel at home. All very good, I particularly recommend the lamb with potatoes

08/09/2025: It looks like a stable because of how dirty it is! The food is decent, though. The owner is super arrogant. I go there because Luigi is a nice guy.
10/08/2025: Authentic Roman trattoria serving meat, fish, and pizza. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and they're a regular, albeit occasional, stop for everyone.

13/10/2025: Nice atmosphere! Very good suppli, but the pinsa isn't quite up to par. Same problem as the Tuburtina location: the dough is more Roman-style than pinsa, and at times it's very thin, especially around the edges. Also, the rolling out gives the pizza strange shapes, not typical of a pinsa.
12/10/2025: I went there for the first time last night. Delicious thin pinsa, delicious supplì, not to mention the one with Nutella 😋 I had a wonderful staff member. Nice, kind, and very professional in her work. 🥰 IT'S A SHAME THE REVIEW ONLY HAS 4 STARS. SHE DESERVES 1000. THANK YOU, GIULIA. YOU'RE THE BEST. It's hard to find such attentive and professional staff. We'll be back for the pinsa and everything else, but honestly more for Giulia. 😅 Shout out to the very kind cashier, too.
