Old-fashioned place
Good food, but prices have skyrocketed over the years!
Reservations are recommended... it gets too crowded in the evenings, and the staff (always friendly) struggles to manage the large number of people they seat.
If it weren't for the coolness, I'm not sure it's really worth going!
Parking is on the street and is fairly easy to find.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was transported back to the 80s, and it was thrilling as I remembered the wonderful banquets we used to have with my family. 😍 The staff were incredibly kind and professional. The food was delicious, but we were already full after the rich appetizer and the first course of fileja with wild boar and porcini mushrooms, and fileja with mutton. We'll be back to try the meat, which looked succulent. Congratulations! 👏

I've been coming here every summer for several years. Good food, super friendly staff, but on weekends it gets really crowded. I highly recommend the restaurant. The pizzeria has improved a lot.

A little corner of paradise not far from Tropea, discovered by chance during our vacation.
Abundant and delicious appetizers.
Very generous and delicious first courses.

High-quality seafood cuisine on the edge of a cool woodland not far from Tropea. Generous and flavorful portions. Friendly, family atmosphere. Excellent choice for a break on rough sea days, to escape the sultry August heat. Reasonable and not excessive prices. Highly recommended for family lunches.

Anyone in the area looking for a cozy, atmospheric, and authentic dinner should definitely visit this restaurant. The entire staff is very attentive, even if their English is a bit limited ;-)
The pizzas and pasta are all excellent. We had to go back a second time because we enjoyed it so much.

Con mia moglie abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo di nostra nipote. Il locale fa anche da bar e tabaccheria. Dispone di diversi tavoli. Abbiamo mangiato molto sia i primi che i secondi, e tutto in abbondanza. Ottima la carne servita sulla pietra lavica. Consiglio a tutti di pranzare o cenare in questo locale. Nel locale è possibile mangiare anche prodotti tipici del Monte Poro. È possibile parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze. Personale di sala molto gentile. Il locale funziona anche da pizzeria. Consiglio a tutti di visitare questo locale per la qualità e quantità!

Da sempre una garanzia. Non e' infatti la prima volta che mi reco al Ducale. Anche in questa occasione sono rimasto soddisfatto. Servizio cordiale ed efficiente. Ottimo primo piatto di fileja con n'duja , agnello gradevolissimo e ben cotto alla brace . Proprietario sempre in trincea ed attivo .
