Very authentic experience! It's a family-run restaurant where you can truly experience the local culture. (Just be prepared that they don't really speak English, only Italian.)

Everything is delicious, the pasta and pizzas are amazing. The owner and the waiters are very welcoming; you feel at home. The prices are very reasonable, and the terrace is great in the evening.

A small restaurant with several floors, but we ate divinely. The chef is a magician, the food was mouth-watering. We've never eaten so well and so tasty. The staff was super attentive and kind.

I discovered the Duke years ago and returned now hoping it would still be open, and luckily it was. Excellent food, very kind staff, and they took us to heart. The prices were very fair and honest. You can eat for 15 euros with the tourist menu of fish, meat, or pizza, but the à la carte menu is also a good value. I can't wait to go back. I recommend it to everyone.

The food is good and varied. The waitress was off-putting; we had to ask her again for drinks. She then turned on the television behind our table and turned up the volume, without any concern for our comfort. The owner charged for four meals when there were only three of us. One dish was charged two euros more than the amount on the menu I was shown. Overall, it was a mixed experience; we preferred our previous visit in July 2024.

Cena con amici fantastica , pesce fresco cucinato benissimo, porzioni abbondanti, antipasto infinito, l’accoglienza del proprietario ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra , ci ritorneremo sicuramente, lo consiglio a tutti

Abbiamo trovato per caso questo locale nel centro storico di Salerno. Con 20 euro abbiamo mangiato un antipasto un primo di pesce una frittura di pesce contorno vino e acqua e con 10 euro la pasta alla genovese più buona che abbia mai mangiato! Direste: impossibile! E invece 30 euro in due e tutto freschissimo! Molto cordiale il proprietario.

09/07/2025: We went on a Saturday night, the service was a bit slow despite the room being empty (I think they were giving priority to takeaway) but the food was really good.
30/06/2025: We have been to this place several times in the evening in the last two years, we ate very well and the dishes were super abundant, perhaps even too much, in fact I recommend for those who are not big eaters, to share any dish. Compared to the previous year, there has been a slight change, perhaps because the management of the place and/or the chef has changed. The only negative note, the abundance of oil in the dishes, perhaps because it was added raw. For the rest, the staff were kind, most of them young and very helpful. Excellent value for money. I will definitely return

Ristorante Pizzeria Da Ciccio

17/07/2025: If you're in Agropoli and want an authentic gastronomic experience, you can't miss Da Ciccio. This restaurant and pizzeria is a true gem of Cilento: welcoming, meticulously maintained, and with an atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The cuisine is its true strength: the freshest ingredients, authentic flavors, and dishes prepared with passion and skill. The pizzas are simply spectacular: light dough, perfect leavening, and impeccable cooking. The first and second courses also deserve a special mention. The place is spotless and tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to offer the best advice. In short, Da Ciccio is much more than just a pizzeria; it's a place where tradition meets attention to detail.
13/07/2025: The food was excellent. The service was a bit disorganized (they brought our bread with the bill!!). The tables were close together; ours was in a tight corner, with no ventilation. The air conditioning was poorly distributed.
