Nine of us arrived without a reservation (six adults and three children), and despite everything, the staff managed to find us a table, even extending it to accommodate us. A truly impeccable welcome!
The staff was exceptional: attentive, helpful, and very knowledgeable, with special attention to even the littlest ones. My six-year-old daughter was involved in "creating" her burrito right at the table, accommodating her complicated requests with patience and a smile.
Excellent food, authentic flavors, and generous portions. Absolutely fair prices.
Make sure to leave a little room for the churros for dessert, because they are AMAZING!!!
To finish, a complimentary amaro on the house.

Authentic cuisine, attention to technique and raw materials. Excellent service and helpful, attentive staff. I ate a perfect tamale and perhaps it is one of the most complex preparations, it requires attention, precision and no rush. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent food and dishes that are difficult to find in other Mexican restaurants.
If in doubt, ask the very knowledgeable and kind waiters for advice!

The atmosphere is really nice and the food is very good. Even if you are not an expert in Mexican cuisine, there are several “mixed” dishes that allow you to taste more combinations of each type of dish together. The staff is very helpful but sometimes the waiting times to be served are longer even on weekdays.

At Covo it's like being at home. The dishes take you into ethereal dimensions, and when they propose a Mexican that is not Covo you will say no.
Special, contrasting, new and particular flavors but never excessive.
It's the safe place where you know you will eat well and drink just as well!

Cozy place that easily transports you into the true Mexican atmosphere also thanks to the very pleasant typical music at the right volume. I've been going for years and have always had a good time. Highly recommended!
