Excellent quality ingredients, a varied menu, and delicious, plentiful dishes. Attentive, fast, and cheerful service. Nachos, a medium beer, water, tacos, fajitas, and coffee for €57. A must-try!

I ate at Covo del Ribelle on Sunday for dinner. I really appreciated the lack of seating, although this created a crowd around 8:30, which made the wait a bit longer. I've been several times, and only on this occasion did I wait a bit too long for my food to arrive—it can happen! They also have very good gluten-free options, and the staff is very attentive to cross-contamination! The atmosphere was very nice, and the room wasn't too noisy.

I went there for the first time this evening. I have to say I was very satisfied! Beautiful venue, friendly, helpful, and very skilled staff! The food was excellent and reasonably priced. They also handled my wedding anniversary request perfectly, with a very beautiful and successful unexpected touch! Truly well done.

02/11/2025: Always fantastic, I've known and frequented this place since it opened. The food is excellent, the staff is enviable (by anyone who's ever owned a place).
28/09/2025: Welcoming and delicious, I recommend it for couples or family dinners :) The staff is friendly and helpful, the portions are generous, and there's plenty of space outside. If you don't book, there's a chance you'll find a table during opening hours. Pets are welcome, and if you don't finish a dish, just ask to have it taken home.
