Authentic cuisine, attention to technique and raw materials. Excellent service and helpful, attentive staff. I ate a perfect tamale and perhaps it is one of the most complex preparations, it requires attention, precision and no rush. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent food and dishes that are difficult to find in other Mexican restaurants. If in doubt, ask the very knowledgeable and kind waiters for advice! We will definitely return to try other dishes :)

The atmosphere is really nice and the food is very good. Even if you are not an expert in Mexican cuisine, there are several “mixed” dishes that allow you to taste more combinations of each type of dish together. The staff is very helpful but sometimes the waiting times to be served are longer even on weekdays.

At Covo it's like being at home. The dishes take you into ethereal dimensions, and when they propose a Mexican that is not Covo you will say no. Special, contrasting, new and particular flavors but never excessive. It's the safe place where you know you will eat well and drink just as well!

Cozy place that easily transports you into the true Mexican atmosphere also thanks to the very pleasant typical music at the right volume. I've been going for years and have always had a good time. Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: My boyfriend and I went there for the first time on Friday night. A fantastic dinner! Lots of food, more than fair value for money. There is also the option to take away any leftover food. The food arrived promptly, hot and delicious. Compliments also go to the guys in the kitchen! Friendly staff; even though we had about an hour to eat, they didn't put any pressure on us. They pampered us, and gave us useful advice on what to eat. We will definitely be back! We thank the owner, and all the staff. Thanks again guys!❤️
