I've been getting promotions for years, and I finally went. The pizza was very good, and of good quality. I'll be back for fried food or paella.

Everything was very, very good. The price was also reasonable. I don't like the way they manage the water; they offer it in 0.75 bottles, but in my opinion it's less and they make you pay a lot. So in the end, the price is increased by all the dinner variables. Even the wine wasn't up to par. All in all, everything was excellent, and I'd gladly return to try other dishes.

The promise of a marriage between the culinary riches of Veneto and Sicily was masterfully kept, giving us a journey of flavors that danced between tradition and innovation. We began our journey with panelle, a true calling card of Sicilian street food, which catapulted us with their authentic flavor directly into the alleys of Palermo. Crispy to perfection and with an unmistakable flavor, they whetted our appetite and anticipated the delights to come. For my first course, I couldn't resist the spaghetti with black garlic and red shrimp. Each forkful was an explosion of flavor: the sweetness of the red shrimp married perfectly with the unexpected and enveloping notes of the black garlic, creating a sophisticated dish that was at the same time deeply rooted in Mediterranean tradition. A true culinary masterpiece that satisfied the palate and the soul. My wife, on the other hand, opted for the refined homemade pizza, and her expression of pure bliss with every bite spoke for itself. The dough, the quality of the ingredients and the balance of flavors made this pizza a "stratop" experience, as she defined it. Not just a pizza, but a work of culinary art that elevated a classic to a higher level. And for a noteworthy finale, we couldn't help but indulge in the ritual of coffee accompanied by a sublime Sicilian cannoli. That first bite... it was like being instantly teleported to Sicily! The fresh and velvety ricotta, the crunchy wafer, the balanced sweetness: each element contributed to creating an authentic sensory experience that concluded our dinner in an unforgettable way. Il Console dei Fratelli Allegra is not just a restaurant, it is a complete sensory experience, a journey through flavors, aromas and human warmth that is difficult to forget. Institution in Saccolongo. The Allegra brothers bring Sicily to your fingertips. You have to visit this beautiful restaurant at least once to get an idea. Kindness, delicacy, refinement, taste, synesthesia, ecstasy, education, listening, delight.

Locale molto bello e tipico, curato nel minimi dettagli per lo stile mediterraneo. Sono stata parecchie volte e mai nulla da dire. Ho mangiato sia pizza che i piatti del ristorante e ne sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa per la qualità e la passione che ci mettono nel farli, gli ingredienti e le materie prime sono di alto livello e scelte con cura. Per l’estate c’è il giardino esterno dove c’è qualche tavolo per mangiare all’aria aperta e godersi una bella brezza fresca senza essere divorati dalle zanzare. Il personale è simpatico, gentile e super disponibile, praticamente ogni qualvolta andiamo ci sentiamo come in famiglia. Super super consigliato se volete vivere un’esperienza eccezionale!!! Sara
