A truly excellent experience at the Hotel Ristorante Il Cinghialetto in Fonni. The hotel is welcoming and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive, and always available, making guests feel at home.
The cuisine is top-quality, with traditional Sardinian dishes prepared with excellent ingredients; the fresh pasta dishes are excellent, and the pizzas are also delicious. The extensive and well-curated wine list is perfect to accompany every course.
The atmosphere is authentic, the quality/price ratio is excellent, and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

I don't understand if those who wrote negative reviews about this restaurant feel like judges on a master chef...
We stopped here for lunch.
The cuisine and flavors are simple, with a few unique dishes that left us satisfied.
The staff is kind and helpful. The prices and portions are fair. Everything was well-thought out.
We may not return on purpose, but we had a great time and enjoyed our stay there. Recommended, despite the few negative reviews.
Plus, they have lactose-free crema catalana, a pleasant discovery 🥰

Super friendly and helpful staff.
We had two pizzas, and to say they were good is an understatement. The dough was light and didn't stick to your stomach.
The price was quite affordable.

I can't comment on the rooms because I only ate at the restaurant. I'm celiac and I have to say I had a really good time. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and aware of my needs. The food, well, amazing!

The tortelli filled with wild boar ragù and topped with pecorino fondue are excellent. The roast suckling pig and seada (a type of stew) are also delicious.

It was a challenging morning....you arrived at Cinghialetto without great expectations...but instead? You found a welcoming place, a menu, and staff that exceeded all expectations. Starters, first courses, second courses, and desserts were all top notch. Highly recommended! And by the way, a challenging day turned into a truly beautiful one.
