Excellent piadinas, well-filled, in a unique location, the Cervia salt flats. The girls at the kiosk were very kind. Bring mosquito repellent at dusk.

Piadineria on Cervese among the salt flats, friendly staff, thin and tasty piadinas, huge parking lot. Unfortunately, there were a lot of flies that were annoying during lunch, but that's not the staff's fault.

This is an incredible piadina, very tasty, and filling, fresh, made in front of you. The pasta is top-notch, which is igp. Everything is made in the moment. We took 3 different piadina. They were all delicious. We will come again. Incredibly delicious! Compliments! Bravo! I liked the park, the sea is nearby, there is a place for children to run. I am delighted!

Say what you will, but this place makes the best piada in Cervia and the surrounding area. Since the old management took over, it's been our favorite lunch spot. The young, friendly, and hard-working staff are great! Congratulations!

Trucolo Pizza e Cucina

07/10/2025: Trucolo of Cervia was a true find and it's naturally leavened dough for the pizza was worth waiting for as it was booked out early evening... I did find it more comfortable to digest and I would recommend its visit to anyone at the historic part of Cervia

19/10/2025: We stayed for a few days towards the end of September... so it was the low season. The bathroom was tidy and clean! The friendliness and courtesy of the person who takes care of the beach was an added bonus... top! I'd return just for him... unfortunately, I don't remember his name! Recommended
