The owner and staff are really kind and friendly. My favorite piadina is the Sfrigolona, but since the old owners returned, the piadinas are spectacular. Highly recommended.

Saturday lunch at the end of June… excellent piadina with quality raw materials away from the chaotic seafront… fresh, green location with parking surrounded by the Cervia salt flats. Efficient staff, fast service… you can't ask for anything more!!

While waiting to visit the salt mines we took advantage of the kiosk to eat a piadina. The procedure is more or less similar to other piadina shops: you order, pay, leave your name, sit down and wait for them to call you out loud like your mother did when you were a kid but you had to finish the soccer game with your friends!!! Anyway, the piadina was good, well cooked and well filled. Excellent snack. Good guys... young and nice....

The piadina dough is excellent, various flavors for every need. Next time, I will also buy the piadinas packaged by them to make at home.

The best piadina in Cervia, a location far from the confusion, surrounded by greenery, salt marshes and peace even if you are practically close to the state road. Highly recommended!

I had heard excellent comments about this place from friends, in fact they were not denied, but perhaps I came with too high ambitions I was a little disappointed, I had a piadina with raw ham, squaquerone and rocket, not bad but I wasn't thrilled and then also a watercress with potatoes and sausage, which I found without salt, a nice, very nice place but I was hoping for a little more
