Excellent pizzeria in the historic center of Corato. The pizzeria is located in a quaint and quiet alley in the historic center, in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) but still easily accessible and with plenty of free parking nearby. In addition to the welcoming interior, in the summer the option of dining al fresco is particularly appreciated, immersed in the charming atmosphere of the old town. The pizza is excellent: light, well-leavened, and easily digestible dough, with a choice of three variations, including Neapolitan; quality ingredients and a wide selection, including gluten-free options. The friendly, helpful, and fast staff contribute to making the experience even more enjoyable.

Excellent pizzeria in the historic center of Corato. It has a welcoming interior and a charming summer location with outdoor umbrellas and fairy lights. I tried two types of pizza and was satisfied with both. The dough was well-leavened and easy to digest, and the ingredients were definitely top-quality. A huge amount of toppings. Excellent service.

Absolutely recommended! Very tasty pizza, with a great selection of gluten-free options too. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and quick. Overall, a very nice atmosphere.

We had a very pleasant evening at Il Chiodo Fisso. The food was truly delicious and freshly prepared; the dishes were full of flavor and lovingly presented. We were particularly impressed by the selection of fresh ingredients and the quality. The wait for the food was a bit longer, however, as the restaurant was very busy – so if you want to eat here, you should be patient. The ambiance is cozy and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing evening. Overall, a very good restaurant that we would happily recommend despite the longer wait. We would definitely come back!

Every time I come to Corato with my husband and we organize pizza, as a Neapolitan, I prefer this pizzeria above all others! The alley atmosphere makes me feel at home in my Spanish neighborhoods. The staff is truly superb, especially the blonde waitress, adorable, competent, and super smiley, who always does the right thing! Excellent quality pizza! The option of having three different doughs satisfies everyone, I think. I prefer the Neapolitan one for its roots! The appetizers are good, and in my opinion, the turmeric focaccia is delicious! What can I say? Every visit is worth the visit... or rather, the taste!

Pizzeria divenuta ormai storica, nel centro antico della città. Qualità degli ingredienti veramente degna di nota, pizzeria che, nonostante risulti un po' sacrificata negli spazi, di contro è molto accogliente e gradevole.Pizze molto buone. Personale molto disponibile, forse un po' lento nelle ordinazioni e nel servizio.
