We’re big fans of "grab and go" snacks while exploring Rome, but this spot—tucked surprisingly between a garage and an insurance office—completely won us over. While the charming decor pulled us in, the food made us stay.
As vegetarians, we were thrilled with the variety. The pinsa crust was perfectly crispy with an ideal dough-to-topping ratio. We tried pinsa at several other spots during our trip, but we kept measuring them against this one; it’s clear why the chef is an award winner!
Bonus: Don't miss the sourdough. They had samples out for tasting, and it is the real deal. Even with its unassuming location, the steady stream of locals proves this place is a hidden gem.

Simply spectacular, among the best you can find in Rome. The only flaws are the limited seating and the location, things you forget after the first bite, however. The quality is truly high, and the price is right for the experience offered.

The gourmet pizza by the slice is truly delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The seasonal ingredients and dough are excellent. However, expect to spend much more than usual. For two pizzas for two and a small beer, we paid €24.
Furthermore, the place itself is really small and a bit inconvenient if you're thinking of stopping for a meal; I'm not even sure if there's a bathroom, I don't think so. It's best to get it for takeout. Excellent if you can/want to afford it, but not for those looking for a quick, cheap snack. That's clearly not the purpose of this place, even if it may seem misleading—the prices are clearly displayed, anyway.

Delicious pizza, medium-high price, but completely justified by the evident attention to detail in both the dough and the quality of the ingredients. The sales assistant is lovely, helpful, and very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone in the EUR area.

Pizza by the slice. Quality ingredients everywhere, perfect bread, and a selection that makes you wonder whether to choose between classic flavors and original seasonal creations... What more could you want from a slice of pizza? It gets quite crowded, and there's a bit of a wait at lunchtime. The bread and other baked goods are also fantastic. The price obviously depends on the high quality of the ingredients and the professionalism of the staff.

Sophisticated Roman pizza, top-notch dough, limited toppings; they could be more generous given the price. Fried food is adequate, a little oily... but crispy.

A small place where you can enjoy a good pizza made with excellent ingredients. Prices are higher than average, but fair considering everything.

I found this place by chance while attending an event in the area. The Roman pizza is truly good, with excellent dough and good toppings (perhaps a little overdone), but the prices are way out of line, not only for Rome (and we're not even in the city center), but also for Milan. It's important to note that it's not a restaurant or even a diner; it's just a small, one-window bakery.

Not your average pizza by the slice, but a pizza by the slice that's out of the ordinary... Gourmet! Yes, because it's a high-quality pizza, with top-quality ingredients that make quick lunches, business lunches, and even aperitifs special. I often go to Viale Europa, but I also like Via Simone Martini; in fact, you can find high-quality pastries there, always made by them. Francesco Arnesano is creating a new way of eating pizza in EUR. He's a young man who, at just under 30, already boasts three Michelin stars.
Highly recommended.
