The Centro del Gusto is structured like a company canteen with a dispenser with trays and plates, adjacent there is a room with windows overlooking the Lucanian Alps for having lunch and relaxing. The peculiarity of serving freshly made first courses, I repeat not in jugs kept warm, makes the hot dish even more appreciated made on the spot, all for €7.90 first second and side dish. Worth a visit.
