Ristorante Pizzeria da Fischio is a place just outside Quarrata that offers thin-crust pizzas, well-made and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Prices are average, although the authentic pizza costs a euro more, which is uncommon at other places. The gourmet pizzas, while good, are a bit pricey in my opinion: €14 is a bit steep, considering I've found similar gourmet pizzas elsewhere for €11-12. The staff is friendly and attentive, and overall the place is worth a visit, even if the prices are a bit high for the area.

An over-the-top place in every sense, more of a factory than a restaurant, and everything is well-organized and well-made. A truly beautiful restaurant for groups, weddings, and large tables. Every dish is well-made and brought together. Congratulations on the service and organization! Delicious, plentiful dishes, highly recommended! 🍾🍾🍾

A fantastic pizzeria with a long tradition spanning several generations. Highly recommended. Pizza cooked over real fire and even the famous Florentine steak.

12/10/2025: Small, intimate, and welcoming atmosphere. Very small bathroom. Traditional and carefully prepared food, including seasonal products. Excellent value for money.

16/11/2025: We went for the food, so I can't comment on the B&B service. We ate divinely, quality dishes, both tasty and beautifully plated. Lovely atmosphere with a private room and unique decor. We will definitely be back, perhaps to try the fish dishes. Impeccable service. We ate two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, wine, water, bitters and sweets, and spent €140.
