I have eaten in this place several times for both lunch and dinner and I must say that it never disappoints, fantastic appetizers, excellent steak and delicious desserts

My impression, and I may be wrong, was when they gave us the sausage, chicken and rosticciana, they seemed to have been cooked twice to keep them warm, but not cooked on the grill with the grilla, but cooked in a pan.

I returned to this restaurant after many years and it did not disappoint my expectations, always a guarantee.

Historic venue that has managed to maintain a high standard over the course of decades. Quality food (my favorites are the first courses and the large, thin pizzas) in all its nuances with generous portions; huge room with ample availability of outdoor space (on the veranda which can be closed and air conditioned if necessary!); little treats for customers such as the abundance of televisions in every corner (even outside); large and very clean bathrooms that you could eat in. The car park is always full, especially on weekends, but it is not uncommon for people to be able to sit down immediately even without a reservation. Sometimes the times are a little long, especially for pizzas when the place is full, but that's ok. The only notes are the noise inside, probably due to the enormous environment, and the prices which are not exactly low... but if you want quality it is also worth paying for it. I'm updating the review after some time as recently things seem to have gotten a little worse especially from a service point of view. The portions of the first courses are increasingly scarce; we have had some errors and extremely slow service which sometimes requires prompting, so much so that once we were about to leave without waiting (25 minutes for a coffee!); we also happened to witness a discussion about cooking pizza between one of the owners and the customers (which is always in bad taste, even when the customers deserve to be kicked). Perhaps after 50 years a bit of tiredness and intolerance is setting in. Sin.

Ristorante storico molto grande ma con tavoli distanziati. Penne alka Zingara sempre buoni ma la sorpresa è stata la bistecca veramente molto buona. Buoni anche i contorni. Qualità prezxi bella norma. Ottimo il servizio visto i molti coperti.
