28/12/2024: I was in this pizzeria on a Saturday evening, there were two of us, we ordered a margherita and a pizza with escarole and sausage, a crocchè and an arancino. We paid €16.50 for two and everything was good even the fried croquettes were very dry. Only the organization of the service needs to be reviewed which is a bit confusing. There is a self-service, but you still have to wait your turn to be called and occupy one of the few tables in the room. Maybe with a few more tables the waits would be less long.
25/11/2024: Sunday 24 November 2024, I went in the morning to the Pizzeria La Bruna Sas in Torre del Greco, recommended by some friends from the Ercolano area. Despite the delay, I approached with some hesitation, fearing that it wouldn't be a great experience. However, I was surprised by the quality of the service and food.
Mrs. Angela was there to welcome me, a person of great elegance and simplicity who, with disarming naturalness, was able to understand my needs. I asked for a takeaway lunch for two people, also adding a dinner, and the lady expertly recommended two first courses and two second courses, one from land and one from sea. The quality of the raw materials was truly excellent, and the preparation impeccable.
Another aspect that struck me was the way in which the food was packaged: the boxes in which the lunch was placed are of superior quality, easy to manage and functional. Furthermore, it gave me the impression of having been treated as if I were at the home of a mother who takes care of her guests with affection and attention. The cleanliness and order were perfect, and the bread that accompanied the dishes was exceptional, a real pleasure.
Congratulations to Pizzeria La Bruna Sas for the quality of the dishes, the service and the attention to detail. It is rare to find a place that manages to combine the quality of the food with hospitality and customer care so well. As a food and wine critic, I can say that this reality really deserves to be appreciated, according to Cavaliere.
