I am a customer who comes every now and then, but I started coming in the late 60s with my dad I remember the founder Giorgio and the old staff the pizza and ice cream were delicacies today they are decent unfortunately different dough not very leavened cooked on the outside burnt inside raw what a shame

The best pizza in Turin, no question about it. On the other hand, the best farinata I've ever had!! And the desserts, absolutely amazing! I recommend it 100%.

The pan pizza is good. Products like the prosciutto are high-quality. The gelato is also worth trying. The decor is very dated; I recommend parking nearby; the area isn't nice.

Bottega Baretti

12/02/2026: A very beautiful and well-kept restaurant in the heart of San Salvario. We ordered four pizzas, delicious; the cuisine is worth trying. Three stars for the service; there was a mix-up with our orders, resulting in the wrong pizzas arriving, and one of the four arrived at the table after the others. Prices are above average, a bit expensive considering how much we ate.
26/01/2026: The food is very good, with both traditional dishes and a good pizza to choose from! It's a shame the wait is over an hour, but the quality/price ratio is excellent.
