Really excellent pizza and supplì. Light dough and breading reduced to the bone for a truly perfect crunch.

If you want to eat a real low and crunchy Roman pizza at the Cavaliere you have to go! If there is a celiac among you, this is the perfect place where you must go. Everything is magnificently good!

I ate pizza in this pizzeria that works a lot and is known in the area. There were 4 of us. Very good service, they served us the beer in mugs taken directly from the freezer... excellent choice. Super appetizing and satisfying appetizer so much so that I couldn't finish the calzone I ordered... I'll be back.

La pizza senza glutine era buonissima, il supplì pure era delizioso. Vi consiglio la prenotazione soprattutto nel weekend. Servizio molto veloce anche se la sala era bella piena. Ampio menù senza glutine, non solo pizza. Molto attenti al cliente celiaco. Straconsigliato.
