My partner and I often eat at Casaletto, and every time is a confirmation. The service is always extremely kind and attentive. I've had the pleasure of trying both the first and second courses, as well as the pizza, and... what can I say? Everything is excellent.
The ingredients are homemade, and the pizza dough is truly light (it's no coincidence that it's listed as a three-slice pizzeria by Gambero Rosso).
The desserts are irresistible: even when we're full, we always leave room for something. The chocolate cake and zuppa inglese are tops!
I can't wait to go back.

We stopped at this restaurant outside Viterbo on our way back from vacation, intrigued by its mention in the Slow Food Osterie d'Italia guide. What can I say? Our already high expectations were exceeded!
The extremely kind owners welcomed us for lunch even though it was already 2:00 PM and served us attentively and kindly throughout.
The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept, with a country farmhouse atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
The food here is a true experience: everything is delicious and with traditional flavors, with a special mention for the meat and cured pork from their own free-range pigs... amazing!! The garden vegetables and homemade bread are also very good.
The bill is absolutely in line with the quality of the dishes offered.
We will definitely be back!

It's difficult to describe our experience at AgriRistorante il Casaletto in just a few words. But I'll try.
Let's start by saying that we're on a farm and agritourism, where they grow seasonal vegetables, raise free-range pigs, and produce excellent cured meats.
The raw materials are therefore zero-mile, and what isn't produced on-site is sourced from local suppliers, such as the fantastic raw milk cheeses.
The cuisine is simple but very well executed, with excellent ingredients, available seasonally. Dishes are rich in flavor and value. In other words: here you eat real food, and it's delicious.
The wine list is robust and varied, ranging from local labels to national and international selections. There's also a small selection of beers, with some interesting ones.
The price is reasonable for the offerings, with excellent value.
One of the best places in the Viterbo area, highly recommended.

Our stay at Agriturismo Il Casaletto was truly pleasant. The property is surrounded by greenery and exudes serenity from the moment we arrive. The rooms are clean. The staff is attentive, professional, and courteous, yet discreet. We enjoyed the cuisine, which is authentic and deeply rooted in the land. We highly recommend it.

I tried this agriturismo's restaurant after reading the reviews. I expected it to be high quality, and it was. Quality ingredients, mouth-watering first courses, and the main courses featuring their own farm-raised pigs. Attentive and friendly service. The dining room is spacious, but with well-spaced tables. I hope they have a policy—perhaps one already exists—that prioritizes quality over quantity. Highly recommended.
