Il Casolare da Ross e Simo In Alfonsine

14/10/2025: I stayed at Hotel Val for one night, just to leave early the next morning for an excursion, and I had a wonderful time! The hotel is spotless, modern, and meticulously maintained. You can tell it's been recently renovated, because comparing older Google photos, the atmosphere is completely different now, much more modern and elegant. The staff is incredibly kind and always available, truly welcoming! A big plus is that they allow dogs: for dinner and breakfast, they let you sit at the tables in the bar area, which are still very comfortable. I didn't take photos of the room or the hotel, but I've attached some photos of the dinner, which was excellent and well-presented, like everything else about the stay. I'll definitely be back for a longer weekend!
