Sono anni che conosco il Casale e finalmente ho avuto l'occasione per festeggiare un evento importante: la Comunione di mia figlia! Tutto è andato per il meglio e sia noi che i miei ospiti (25 persone) sono rimasti entusiasti del cibo genuino e abbondante e ovviamente del posto incantevole e curato alla perfezione! Voglio in particolare ringraziare i ragazzi dello staff professionali, cortesi e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostro desiderio e Federica che ha avuto la pazienza di accontentare ogni nostra richiesta in questi mesi di preparativi! Ci vediamo presto!

Era da un po' che non venivo in questo posto, comunque sempre piacevole. Posto molto bello vista lago. Eravamo in due, avevamo proprio il tavolo davanti. Discreto il primo (orecchiette con asparagi)avevano poco sapore, un po' dure, niente di particolare .Molto buona la carne, piatto anche abbondante. Dolci buoni ed abbondanti.

02/08/2025: The pizza arrived in biblical time, which gave us time to reflect on the meaning of hunger. Once it arrived, unfortunately, it wasn't worth the wait: the ingredients weren't particularly flavorful. The service was friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. We hope for improvements in the future.
26/04/2025: Every time you order, you're sure to receive delicious, hot pizza made with fresh ingredients. The service is always quick and courteous, and the possibility of receiving it comfortably at home is a real convenience. A special thanks goes to my pizza chef Manè, who is a true artist! Not only is he a friend, but he is also a professional who loves his job. His passion can be seen in every pizza he churns out, with a perfect dough and toppings that go perfectly together. Manè is definitely one of the best pizza chefs I've ever met! If you are in Gallipoli and want an unforgettable pizza, you can't miss trying Valentina Pizza Taxi.

19/08/2025: A fortuitous coincidence brought us to this wonderful pizzeria, and we were extremely satisfied! The location is truly welcoming and captivating, especially the garden, perfect for summer dinners! The pizzas are simply amazing, with a bold flavor and fragrant dough. There's something for everyone, from classic to more creative, all worth trying! The price is more than fair for these delicacies. The service deserves special mention: the staff is young, courteous, attentive, and elegant (not so common these days). Despite the late hour when we arrived, we were served truly attentively, especially by Elton, with his impeccable savoir-faire. We'll definitely be back, because this pizzeria is definitely a big yes!
