NOT A PANETTONE BUT THE PANETTONE! Several people I know had told me about this Sicilian pastry shop in Santa Fumia praising many products including colombe and panettoni, so I decided to try it. Dino, the pastry chef, in describing his products shows all the passion for this profession and the care in choosing the raw materials. The result confirms his words, I have never eaten such a soft panettone in my entire life. I immediately proceeded to order a few pieces, also because they look really good to be given as gifts at Christmas.
