Excellent meat. Very friendly service. We arrived without a table and they did their best to find us one. In the end, we enjoyed a delicious, high-quality burger at a high table outside. Definitely recommended. Thanks, guys!

As soon as it arrived, the smell of the grill made me realize I was about to eat something special. The burger was simply spectacular: soft but lightly toasted bread, juicy and perfectly cooked meat, with that touch of smoky flavor that makes all the difference. The sauces were balanced, not overpowering the ingredients but enhancing them, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. Even the crispy, golden fries completed the experience impeccably. You can taste the attention to detail and the passion of those who prepare it: nothing is left to chance. It's a pleasant, down-to-earth place, and the prices are a little above average, in my opinion. I didn't particularly like the fact that the bottom of the bun fell apart while eating it (and not because it was soaked in sauce) and the fact that they don't stock liters of water, only half-liter bottles.

Everything was very good, the servers were friendly, and the service was incredible. The cacio e pepe fries are excellent. The carbonaro burger is very tasty, and the esagerato burger is just as good. I recommend it 100%. Os: The server, who speaks French, is the best. He served us throughout our meal and was very professional ☺️

The atmosphere is small but very refined, with a strong American feel! The staff was quick, very friendly, and attentive. The quality of the sandwiches and Angus beef was excellent! Recommended!!!

Al rifugio di Capitan Morgan

05/12/2025: A must-visit if you're in Salento. The atmosphere is informal, the service is good, but the food is excellent, whether it's raw, fried, or grilled. Great prices, I come back every year. It's even worth the 40-minute drive just for Capitan Morgan.
31/10/2025: How can it be that plastic tableware is still being used these days? And in a restaurant, no less! We were appalled and thought it was a joke when the waiter brought us a bottle of water and two plastic cups. Then came the cutlery, also plastic, wrapped in plastic film 😳 And then the food, guess what? On plastic plates? What's going on? Too lazy to wash them? And all this with a direct view of the sea. One can only hope that none of it ends up in the ocean. The food was alright, but it would have been much nicer served on porcelain plates. The waiters could have smiled a bit more, and walking around the restaurant with their arms crossed doesn't exactly make a good impression.
