We went last night for my girlfriend's birthday! followed from the beginning to the end of the dinner with professionalism and kindness, we ate very well and paid what we expected, i.e. the right amount, and we went home satisfied! Last night we tasted a Florentine but we will definitely be back to try the cuisine too😉

Discovered this place thanks to an acquaintance before the December 2024 holidays, a place that could satisfy various palates who love good meat, not knowing it I limited myself to lamb ribs 🫡excellent and an Italian rib that was edible but with little flavor 🤷🏼♂️. They have different sizes from various countries which if I remember correctly are European. I will definitely return to try other tastier and tastier ribs although I would recommend accompanied by a mashed potato done as it should be done together with their other side dishes. Let me be clear about no complaints, but I want to go back and try the best meat they have and then I will give a final vote 🤭 but a Serie A puree should never be missing. Wine list more than sufficient even if we remain at medium levels, I recommend structured French wines and something serious from Tuscan grapes (but perhaps they are there but I haven't noticed them. Friendly staff, fast, clean environment.
For a lunch I would say it's an ideal location because you can fit in two hours between ordering, sharing a table and chatting with fellow diners. Maybe the evening would be much better but living outside the area it would become challenging to return 🤭. In any case, I'll start with a 6.5 which is already a lot, on the other hand 6.5 because in any case the possibility of choice regarding meat is quite valid. In the areas except Villotta di Chions there is no better agriturismo than there is 🤷🏼♂️.

Una bella serata di anniversario, cenando in un locale gradevole e tranquillo.
Entrando in sala, spicca il frigorifero dove vari tipi di carne sono sottoposti alla frollatura che poi, sapientemente, vengono trasformati in succulenti
La buona possibilità di scelta del menù per tutti i tipi di portate, ci ha indirizzato su un tris di lardo patanegra ed una tartaretta ai funghi con fonduta di montasio.
Successivamente costicine alla griglia ed una buonissima italiana da 700 gr morbida come il burro e cotta perfettamente come richiesto per questo tipo di alimento ( tra l'altro molto chiaro il prezzo dei vari tipi di carne e visione per approvazione della pezzatura scelta prima di andare in cottura che ho apprezzato molto).
Buone le patate al forno di contorno e sublime la sfera al fondente con crema zabaione all'interno ed una copertura al caffè che nulla andava a togliere al gusto della crema interna.
Vino della casa della cantina i Magredi (purtroppo dovendo guidare non era possibile scegliere tra le varie etichette proposte dal locale per una bottiglia intera).
Conto onesto in base alla qualità degli alimenti, la loro preparazione e la gentilezza del personale in sala.
Da ritornarci senza se e senza ma.
