Black Angus America... Wow, perfectly cooked, 800 grams of goodness. You pay, yes, but you eat quality. Wide selection of meats. Impeccable service. Compliments to the grill man, truly talented. I can't post photos, and I'm sorry, but I was truly captivated by the exquisite flavor of my dish. Highly recommended.

Excellent dinner: fricco with potatoes and onions and Scottish steak with potatoes, house red wine. The atmosphere is elegant yet informal. The meat was cooked to perfection.

Trattoria grill with excellent cuts. Nice place, without too many frills and well-kept, grill in sight. The quality of the meat is excellent, various choices of both ribs and Florentine steaks. Good choice of appetizers and main courses. Good wine list. Attentive and fast service. Average prices for the quality offered. Recommended.

Great meat but too expensive, mediocre service, scary bill. We found an item with various written at a cost of 40 euros. We are still wondering what it is.. I don't think I will return

I was looking for a grill to eat good meat, and I must say that this place fully satisfied my needs, I was with 3 friends and we all appreciated the food, the location and above all the service of the good waitresses who guided us during dinner. TOP starters, really goodies to try, meat (shame about the availability of pieces) but excellent, they show it to you at the table first raw, choice of cooking and it arrives at the table ready to be tasted with a good wine which they offer with an extensive wine list. Even the house wine is up to par with the meat accompaniment. From the Magredi cellar located in front of the restaurant. I really give 5 stars and if you happen to be in the area, drop by.

Most delicious food and ambience. An absolute feast! But most outstanding was the staff, Alina was the most attentive angel.

A dispetto di altre recensioni negative dico:” ogni volta che vengo in questo locale, oltre alla eccelsa qualità trovo un’accoglienza degna di un locale pubblico dove OGGI si fatica a trovare. Quindi, se fatichi a trovare un motivo per venire in questo locale, stai a casa tua!

Io e mia moglie ci siamo recati il 10 marzo per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Abbiamo scelto il Carantan perché oltre a non esserci mai stati,siamo decisamente golosi di carne alla brace. Ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.Il personale si è rivelato molto attento e disponibile,il locale carino e senza fronzoli. Buonissima la tartare,e ottima la costata da 1.3 kg,cotta alla perfezione.Abbiamo preso anche dei dolci che erano veramente eccezionali. Da ritornarci,senza ombra di dubbio!
