Excellent experience at this restaurant in the Itria Valley. We went for lunch, and from the house appetizer (12 courses), to the first courses and the meat, everything was delicious. Kudos to the chef for keeping the wait time to a minimum, and to the very kind and helpful wait staff. Must try! 👏👏

buonissima l`accoglienza di tutto lo staf e del saluto dello schef Pierino ottima la qualità super la quantità Pasta freschissima fatta al momento che si può ammirare dallo spazio visitatore Ottimo il gelato fatto sul posto chi va per la prima volta poi ci ritorna A dei parcheggi per auto con parcheggiatore L' estate ci sono dei tavolini per cena all'aperto Per sicurezza di trovare un posto è meglio prenotare Ristorante è aperto fino alla mezzanotte

Every time I return to this restaurant, I wonder when I'll be lucky enough to return because the food is truly delicious and plentiful. Fresh pasta, made to order and topped in the most varied and delicious ways. A downside? You have to book well in advance, especially if you want to have lunch on Sunday. You're amazing!

18/02/2026: Off-season (February), the welcome was very friendly, the service quick and efficient, the food excellent (pork knuckle, cuttlefish, lamb, or spaghetti—all perfect), the menu concise with a limited selection of dishes, which is a guarantee of quality, very few tables, and an old-fashioned decor under a stone vaulted ceiling—we were delighted. And to top it all off, a very well-stocked whisky cellar!
18/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, equivalent to a two-star establishment in France in my opinion, at a very reasonable price considering the quality of the ingredients. Everything was delicious and prepared with care. Note that there are only a few tables available.
