Every time I return to this restaurant, I wonder when I'll be lucky enough to return because the food is truly delicious and plentiful.
Fresh pasta, made to order and topped in the most varied and delicious ways.
A downside? You have to book well in advance, especially if you want to have lunch on Sunday.

An unforgettable culinary experience at a restaurant located in the hills of Cisternino. We began with a selection of appetizers, then continued with tastings of first courses and second courses of meat and fish, and finally desserts, liqueurs, and coffee.
Everything was prepared with skill and care.
The service was excellent; the staff was highly trained, kind, and professional.
The staff's hospitality for families was priceless, showing particular attention and flexibility towards children. Thanks to their patience, we enjoyed every course with peace and tranquility.
Overall, Il Capriccio is more than just a restaurant; it's a sensory experience worth repeating, with excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

A trattoria like those of yesteryear! Authentic flavors and generous portions! Excellent homemade pasta. Reservations are required well in advance, but it's worth it.
