15/08/2025: In my opinion, this restaurant respects Colombian cuisine, giving an interesting gourmet touch to our typical dishes here in Italy. For people who have never eaten Colombian food and want to, I recommend this restaurant in Milan. Living in Italy, it's difficult to explain the flavors or recipes to people who have never eaten Colombian food. They have simple dishes/recipes like chicharrón (pork rinds), or coconut and seafood rice, as well as more complicated ones like ajiaco (ajiaco). I had a wonderful time. If you're not Colombian, they explain everything about the dishes, including how to eat them and how to order them. The chef is extremely attentive. He chatted with us a bit, telling us the story of how Mitu came to Italy and how he knows how to cook Colombian dishes (you have to go to hear about it in person). We felt comfortable and at ease.
