13/07/2024: Simple ingredients used with great care and selected with quality are the basis of a cuisine offered in an elegant and sophisticated environment, a stone's throw from Porta Romana. Sapori Maestri was a wonderful surprise that allowed us to taste flavors of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, revisited in a creative and contemporary key. Not to be missed: Crispy egg yolk on potato pie with pecorino fondue and black truffle and Red mazzata prawn packets with datterino sauce, chopped pistachios and Iberian lard.
