Very good food, delicious pasta, perfect, creamy duck, first-class beef. Staff ok. Waiting time for dishes was standard. We definitely recommend it!

The place looks nice, the atmosphere is relaxed but still elegant. I had the Tagliata di cervo which was fenomenaly delicious. The only negative I can say is the plating. It came on a really heavy stone plate (screeching knife sounds) and was "decorated" with some piece of inedible shrubbery... My SO had the Solandra pizza. It was cooked to perfection in the wood fired oven, crispy but still tender. I was disappointed by the frozen mushrooms and all in all it could have used a little more salt, but it was a great meal. For dessert we had the semifredo. The contrast between the hot and sour fruits and the cold and creamy semifredo was really pleasant. I liked the place, would definitely recommend!

Personale cordialissimo, locale pulito tenuto bene, cibo ottimo. Locale consigliatissimo. La ragazza che ci ha preso l'ordine persona molto carina e con un bel sorriso.

It's a pity that gluten-free pizza bases are ready-made (they are tasteless). It would be perfect if the gluten-free dough was made on-site. The rest of the gluten-free and gluten-free dishes are very tasty. Gluten-free desserts are very good.

In occasione della settimana bianca siamo tornati dopo due anni e li abbiamo ritrovati al top come li avevamo lasciati, complimenti veramente! Impossibile trovare difetti, cibo ottimo servizio ottimo e cortese locale molto bello 💯

12/06/2025: Acceptable quality/price ratio, lately the prices have risen considerably. Familiar and discreet atmosphere, very refined in its simplicity, full of history. The variety is not very wide being a typical Trentino trattoria. But everything is excellent, from the giardiniera to the carne salada, perhaps the best I have ever tasted, tender and tasty, you can cut it with a fork!! The apple and amaretti cake, the strudel, the wine and the coffee are good!!!
23/05/2025: Excellent carne salada made by them accompanied by already seasoned borlotti beans. Also good the canederli... Highly recommended!!!

07/04/2025: The apartment hotel provides basic accommodation, the studios are very small, the bunk bed right next to the front door. Very unpleasant gentleman in the wellness center with comments and grumbles at any request from the guests. Non-functional wifi in the room and also a very weak mobile signal within the location of our studio within the complex. Ski room without dryers for ski boots. A big positive of the entire area is the cleanliness, from the reception to the rooms to the wellness and pool itself! It is about 20 minutes on foot to the center of the town of Cavalese.
24/03/2025: Zarówno hotel jak i restauracja spełniają oczekiwania. W hotelu czysto, pokoje dość duże wyposażone w sprzęty umożliwiające przygotowywania posiłków. W restauracji można dobrze zjeść miła obsługa zarówno kelnerzy jak i szefowa (za barem). Chciałem serdecznie podziękować za zwrot nadpłaconej kwoty za kolację. (Dwukrotnie obciążyło mój rachunek w ciągu godziny - nie wiem jak to się stało bo nawet się nie zorientowałem kwotą 47,50 euro). Z poważaniem Andrzej
