Welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Interesting menu and well-portioned portions. The wine list is extensive and interesting, with fair markups. Everything is delicious, but the Mucco Pisano steak is truly amazing! I'll gladly return.

Decent appetizers, quality first courses, and desserts. Would Diolaiuti have expected anyone to remember his university days in Pisa in those parts? The only one who can answer that question is Grande Sarti.

After many years, we returned to this restaurant from Trentino, which has become a staple in Pisa for us, and as always, they didn't disappoint! The Fiorentina steak was excellent, as were the other dishes we tried.

Delightful atmosphere...both floors are very distinctive. Impeccable service and excellent quality ingredients. Varied and delicious menu. Excellent wine list...if you're in Pisa, don't miss it.

Traditional Toscana antipasti 14 euro, pasta ragu 16 euro, and very good Chianti 7 euro per glass. Proper food. But strange that we had to pay for water. Coperto 3 euro

Ci vengo da quasi vent'anni. Nonostante la posizione abbastanza turistica, nel centro di Pisa, e un cambio di gestione, rimane una valida scelta. Ormai ci vengo solitamente per la bistecca, ma hanno una buona scelta di piatti toscani, e un'ampia carta dei vini. Servizio adeguato e prezzi in linea con quelli pisani (non economici).
