30/04/2025: On a trip from Milan to Varenna we had a pleasant lunch enjoying the flavors of the place. Shared mixed starter (more than enough for two), two very generous Borgovino tagliatelle (unique), two glasses of wine, water and coffee. 80 euros. Flavors I'm not used to, but truly surprising. Large portions for the price and excellent, welcoming and friendly service.
18/04/2025: Delicious, freshly cooked food in homely atmosphere in a place of too many tourist restaurants. Authentic!

18/08/2025: Nice seating by the water. The food is average, the pizzas nothing special. The service is indeed not great.
16/08/2025: Watered-down spritzes, the waiters were kind but incompetent. They sat us at a table and told us to leave by 7:30 PM. At 6:35 PM, they made us move, which created confusion with the bill, as their management system no longer showed the correct table. Frozen French fries from a bag were provided without forks or tissues. The view was excellent, but the service and prices definitely need to be reconsidered.
