I found this place through reviews, and let's face it, they're essential these days! Everything is excellent! From the kind and welcoming staff to the products they offer. The guys are truly knowledgeable about what they offer and, above all, have fantastic empathy! I highly recommend this little spot for an aperitivo/aperitivo dinner (because it doesn't look like much, but it's really a lot) in small company. ❤️ The Girl with the Red Glasses 👓

Al Calice Doc is the kind of place that captivates you from the first moment: a warm atmosphere, attention to detail, and a welcome that makes you feel instantly at home. The wine selection is truly remarkable, with carefully selected labels explained with passion and expertise. Each glass tells a story, and the staff is excellent at guiding you through your choice. Impeccable service, genuine smiles, and customer care that is increasingly rare these days, especially Luca. A perfect place for a relaxing, romantic evening, or simply to indulge in something well-made. Highly recommended: Al Calice Doc is a must-see in Fiuggi.

Excellent quality products, very good wine at a reasonable price. The only downside is the lack of a menu; I'd rather see how much I'll pay before I get the bill.

18/12/2025: My fiancé from Ceccano introduced me to your pasticceria. My first encounter with your Panettone was a year ago in Anzio, when he brought back the most delicious chocolate Panettone. We exchanged homemade wedding rings, ate this unforgettable Panettone, and washed it down with Prosecco. This year, I was lucky enough to try your classic Panettone, chocolate and pear, as well as Frutti Di Bosco. Each one was a separate explosion of magical, unforgettable flavors. 🔥❤️ But for now, my favorite remains the chocolate Panettone. I want to mention the aroma; when you inhale it, it's immediately clear that you use high-quality, natural ingredients. My beloved also spoils me with croissants and cakes for my birthday and my son's. I've hardly ever tasted anything more delicious than your croissants, even in France. Good luck to you, Maria! Keep delighting us with your delicious treats ❤️
16/12/2025: Honestly?? After many years, I've finally found a pastry shop that makes custom cakes, exactly as pictured and as requested. I've always had problems with other places where they claim to know how to do one thing and then present you with a product that's different from what was agreed upon. This year, finally, a proper cake... Beautiful and delicious. Thanks to the staff and the lady who took the order, truly kind, calm, and friendly ♥️ See you at the next event Thank you ♥️
